whirlwind.

I'm in a MOOD and only these quotes can describe it... (i don't care if you don't like quotes...)

It's not where you're from that matters. It's where you're going.

"I listen to the wind, to the wind of my soul. Where I'll end up well, I think only God really knows." -Mr. Cat Stevens

"Forgiveness is not about forgetting. It is about letting go of another person's throat......Forgiveness does not create a relationship. Unless people speak the truth about what they have done and change their mind and behavior, a relationship of trust is not possible. When you forgive someone you certainly release them from judgment, but without true change, no real relationship can be established.........Forgiveness in no way requires that you trust the one you forgive. But should they finally confess and repent, you will discover a miracle in your own heart that allows you to reach out and begin to build between you a bridge of reconciliation.........Forgiveness does not excuse anything.........You may have to declare your forgiveness a hundred times the first day and the second day, but the third day will be less and each day after, until one day you will realize that you have forgiven completely. And then one day you will pray for his wholeness......"
— William P. Young (The Shack)

"God is a verb"
— William P. Young (The Shack)

You can waste your life, spend it, or invest it. The best use of life is to invest it in that which will outlast it.

But even when I am afraid, I keep on trusting you. -Psalm 56:3

RT @: What ever you do... Just don't for get to show them you love them...

"Don't be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment." -Ralph Waldo Emerson

"Do something. If it doesn't work, do something else. No idea is crazier than doing nothing."

Follow your heart because even though it's on the left, it's always right.

You've got to go out on a limb sometimes because that's where the fruit is.   - Will Rogers

"life is like a bag of trail mix...you can't just pick out the good stuff" -mama prebs

RT @: Overcoming yourself is often the most difficult obstacle.

"Above all, love each other deeply..." 1 Peter 4:8

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
- Mark Twain

I was ready for the truth I wasn't ready for the situation
Well maybe in time maybe in time I'll figure this out

Nike Women Ads

No posts in a while cause I kinda forgot about this blog. I decided I'm just going to add pictures, videos, anything funny or interesting I find on the internet from now on. With that being said, I was looking up Nike advertisements on the internet today (I have to do a sport ad critique in my sport marketing class this week) and came across some pretty cool Nike Women ads. I'm guessing they've been out for a while, but I had never seen 'em, so here they are...

The Best Month Every 4 Years is Upon Us...

been a while since i posted...

World Cup is HERE!
France couldn't be more boring
U.S. thanks Rob Green

So the World Cup is finally here...

Mexico v. South Africa...First goal of the tournament goes to South Africa...good finish, great celebration dance. I'm gonna have to learn this revised macarena.

France v. Uruguay....kill me. I fell asleep during part of it because it was so boring.

South Korea v. Greece...couldn't seem to wake myself up for it...heard Greece looked awful though...

Argentina v. Nigeria...legit header for Argentina minus the fact that he was wide open...they looked good...Messi will find the back of the net many times in the next few weeks

England v. U.S.A....don't know what to say really except thank you Mr. Green....and U.S. needs to pick up their defending...

Algeria v. Slovenia...once again, couldn't wake myself up...but U.S. better beat them both.

Ghana v. Serbia...it was an alright game...don't know if anyone saw (or remembers) Serbia's free kick where the Serbian forward Pantelic peeled off the defense wall and was wide open near the back post...he missed it, but I liked the play....might have to try it this fall

Germany v. Australia...excited to see Podolski...I think Germany will take it.

funny Zidane commercial if you haven't seen them...

Kids are funny. <-- watch this.

"Normal day, let me be aware of the treasure you are. Let me learn from you, love you, bless you before you depart. Let me not pass you by in quest of some rare and perfect tomorrow. Let me hold you while I may, for it may not always be so. One day I shall dig my nails into the earth, or bury my face in the pillow, or stretch myself taut, or raise my hands to the sky and want, more than all the world, your return."

Goodbye Teen Years, Hello Twenties

i have some pretty cool friends.

Two decades breezed out.
Dear twenties, lets get rowdy.
On to the next one...

I am now on to the next one (decade).

The countdown begins to the big 2-1 aka Vegas trip with Mama Prebs. I'm holding you to it, Mom.

Don't feel like looking back on the past 10 years of my life right now...so I'll just leave it at...

It was fun.
It was long.
It was fast.
It was rowdy.

20 days til SPRING BREAK in T-town! Time to get some color on this bod.
